How do I return an item?

You have within 30 days to return your purchase for a refund. However, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging it was sent in. Because our products are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used in any way due to health and safety reasons. Please email us at shop@bask-la.com to request a refund and include photos of the unused item(s). We will notify you where to send your product; do not send the product back to the manufacturer. E-Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an order over $75.00, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance, because BASK LA is not responsible for lost packages.

Order Cancellation:

Once your order has been placed, our team will start processing and packing your order preparing it for shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit/cancel orders once they have been placed.

How do I return an item that was damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at shop@bask-la.com within two days of receiving the item. You must include photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging. 

What do I do if my order was not received?

We will provide you a tracking number to help you monitor when your shipment will be delivered. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number indicates the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. 

How do I contact BASK LA with a question not answered here?
